We have an upcoming out of town/overnight trip to
Charleston, SC coming up with the club and with those type of trips there is
always extra planning needs. If you are planning on participating with
this outing, send me the following information:
1. When you plan to get to Charleston
2. Phone number to use in Charleston (include phone numbers for all members in your party)

We are working on setting up an agenda (subject to change
based on local conditions) and we need information on how many participants we
are likely to have to finish planning. Please let me know this
information as soon as possible…I realize things may change between now and the
trip, but we need to do some planning around our best thoughts on who will be
